Hope this e-mail goes you you and Kelly. I just wanted to write to let you know how satisfied I am with your service.

Always professional and courteous. It was a pleasure working with you from start to finish.

You delivered everything that was promised.

In today's world customer service is many times NOT a priortity with many companies. I certainly have had many times when I asked myself "What ever happened to customer service?". I never had to ask that at any time when working with you.
